The Podanje Estate, in the ownership of the Simić family is the first agricultural family estate on the island of Lastovo, which represents the start of agricultural tourism in Croatia`s youngest nature park. Around Lastovo, which many refer to as paradise on Earth, there are 46 islets and on the island itself there are 46 small churches and 46 fields. The restored three-star hotel Garić in Garešnica has recently opened its doors to its first guests. Two million euros have been investred in the restoration of 26 rooms, one apartment, a bar and a restaurant with around 200 seating places. Renovation of the wellness centre and a small pool is also planned. The hotel is orientated towards hunting and fishing enthusiasts who can find attractive locations there for their hobbies.

Dinopark is located in Funtana, a former small fishing village and today a famous tourist destination in Istria. It is a fun theme park in which visitors can see life size replicas of dinoaurs.
